Ingredients

  • 500 g round turkey
  • 1 large egg (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoon, heaped polenta
  • salt and pepper
  • cumin
  • paprika powder, noble sweet
  • oregano
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • Flour

Instructions

  1. First chop the onion and then mix it with the minced meat, preferably with your hands. Add the egg, spices and polenta and again mix everything well with your hands.
  2. Then spread some flour on a surface and form small 2 cm thick balls from the mince. Turn the balls in the flour and press them flat. You don`t necessarily need flour.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the flattened balls in it on both sides. Be careful not to turn them black, so don`t fry too many at once.
  4. The amount makes about 18 meatballs.
  5. Nutritional values per meatball:

  7. 5.5 g protein
  8. 0.4 g of carbohydrates
