Ingredients

  • 500 g broccoli
  • 300 g carrot (s)
  • 500 g turkey breast, in one piece
  • 3 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 chilli pepper (s), green
  • some oil
  • 350 ml chicken broth, or vegetable
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce

Turkey Goulash with Broccoli and Carrots

Instructions

  1. Wash broccoli, cut into florets. Peel the carrots and cut into sticks. Cook the broccoli and carrots in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes.
  2. Wash the meat, pat dry, cut into bite-sized pieces, turn in starch. Peel and dice the onions.
  3. Core the chilli, cut into slices.
  4. Fry the meat in hot oil. Add the vegetables, diced onions and chilli, fry for about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with broth and soy sauce. Let simmer for about 2 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
  6. You can serve wild rice or mashed potatoes as a side dish.
