Ingredients

  • 500 g buckwheat, flour
  • 500 ml water
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 pack dry yeast
  • 1 handful hazelnuts
  • 1 handful sesame seeds
  • 1 handful sunflower seeds
  • 1 pinch (s) caraway, if you like
  • 1 pinch (s) turmeric

Vegan, Gluten-free Buckwheat Bread with Nuts and Seeds

Instructions

  1. Depending on the manufacturer, `start` the dry yeast with a little warm water and sugar or agave syrup.
  2. Mix the flour and other ingredients with yeast to form a dough. Place the mixture in a warm place for about 30 minutes, e.g. in the oven at 30 degrees.
  3. Fill the dough into a baking pan and bake for 70 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius.
  4. Tip:
  5. Turmeric gives a slightly strange color, but tastes good.
  6. Without caraway seeds and turmeric, the bread is also suitable for sweet spreads.
