Ingredients

  • 2 zucchini or eggplant, thicker
  • 1 small Glass ajvar
  • 2 slices ham or salami
  • 50 g cheese, rated
  • some pizza seasoning or herbs from Provence

Instructions

  1. Wash the vegetables and cut into 1 cm thick slices.
  2. Then place the slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush the slices with the ajvar. Cut the ham or salami into small cubes and place on the slices. Finally sprinkle with the cheese. Season to taste.
  3. Bake in the oven preheated to 200 ° C on the middle rack for about 10 minutes.
  4. Tastes warm as a side dish or cooled.
