- 4 carrot (s)
- 1 kohlrabi
- 1 cucumber (s)
- 1 glass mayonnaise or yogurt cream
- 150 g skimmed yourt
- 2 bag / s crisps (potato and pepper sticks)

- Grate the vegetables, squeezing out the cucumber so that the salad doesn`t get watery. Mix the mayonnaise with the yogurt and mix with the vegetables.
- Just before serving, stir in the potato and pepper sticks so that the salad is nice and crisp.
