Ingredients

  • 200 g cottae cheese (unsalted)
  • 1 teaspoon oil (linseed oil)
  • 10 walnuts, peeled halves

Instructions

  1. Chop the walnut halves in a high-speed chopper, not very fine, but not too coarse either. Then stir in the cottage cheese. Then mix in the linseed oil and leave it to soak in the fridge overnight, so that the walnut taste permeates.
  2. The number of nuts can of course also be changed individually, but be careful, too many make the cottage cheese bitter. Also works with other types of nuts. Linseed oil is certainly also a matter of taste, but I think the color is beautiful and it is also healthy.
  3. Any kind of fresh bread goes well with it, whether white or whole grain.
