Ingredients

  • 100 g bacon, mixed
  • 100 g meat
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 4 medium onion (s)
  • 2 leeks
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 cup cheese, grated, Emmentaler or Gouda
  • 1 some salt and pepper, from the mill
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 4 slices bread

Instructions

  1. Cut the bacon into cubes and leave in a pan with oil. Add the minced meat and fry.
  2. Clean, wash and slice the onion and leek, add to the bacon and sweat briefly. Peel the garlic and rub it with salt. Sort and wash the chives and parsley, cut into small pieces and stir into the leek and onion mixture with the garlic.
  3. Take the pan off the fire. Whisk eggs and cheese and fold into the mixture. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Then cover the bread slices with the mixture and bake in the oven until golden yellow.
