White Asparagus in the Oven

Ingredients
- White Asparagus – 1 Bunch
- Olive oil – 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Provencal Herbs – 1.5 Teaspoons
- Salt – 1/4 Teaspoon
- Ground black pepper – 1/8 Teaspoon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
- Wash and peel the asparagus, cutting off the bottom 3 cm.
- Transfer the asparagus to a dish and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with herbs, salt and pepper.
- Bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
