  • 150 g whole wheat flour
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 apple
  • 150 ml sparkling mineral water
  • 50 ml milk, reduced-fat
  • some sweetener
  • some oil

Instructions

  1. Wash the apple, peel it if necessary, remove the core and grate.
  2. Mix the flour, eggs, water, milk and sweetener into a dough. Stir in the apple and let it soak for about 10 minutes.
  3. Put some oil in a non-stick pan and bake pancakes.
