Ingredients
- 250 g pasta, (macaroni)
- 2 onions)
- 750 g beef, (preferably a hip piece)
- 1 small Can corn
- 1 large can (s) beans, red
- 1 leek, small
- 1 carrot (s)
- 3 tablespoon oil
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- Cayenne pepper
- 2 dashes Tabasco
- 2 liters water
- 1 small Can / s tomato paste

- Heat the oil in a larger saucepan and sweat the finely chopped onions in it. Then stir in the tomato paste.
- Dice the meat, put it in the saucepan and fill up with the water. Cover and let everything simmer for about 1 1/4 hours.
- In the meantime, drain the vegetables (corn + red beans) in a sieve. Chop the leek and carrot.
- After 1 1/4 hours, add everything to the casserole.
- Now add the pasta at the same time!
- Let everything simmer for another 20 minutes.
- Season to taste with the spices and then serve with crispy white bread.
