Ingredients
- 430 g apricot (s), preserved
- 300 g cream quark
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 0.5 ½ pack vanilla sugar
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 4 slices rusks

- Pour off the juice of the canned apricots and let them drain well in a colander. Take a large bowl and add the cream curd, sugar, vanilla sugar, and milk. Mix everything well.
- Place a slice of rusks on a plate and spread the quark cream on it so that the rusks can no longer be seen. Finally, place half an apricot in the cream with the curve facing up.
- Tip: You can also sprinkle a little cinnamon on top, this will look like paprika powder.
