Ingredients
- 4 zucchini
- 4 garlic clove (s)
- olive oil
- 1 packet feta cheese
- 250 g pasta, short ones, e.. penne
- 1 lemon (s)
- salt and pepper
- Thyme, dried

- Cut the zucchini into very fine slices or strips. Chop the garlic very finely. Finely crumble the feta cheese, squeeze the lemon.
- Cook the spaghetti al dente, add about 2 tablespoons of lemon juice to the pasta water 2 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
- Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan, fry the garlic briefly, then add the zucchini and fry for about 5 minutes. Add the remaining lemon juice, plenty of thyme and a little salt and pepper. To taste.
- Mix with the pasta, serve on plates and sprinkle with cold feta cheese.
- This is my favorite pasta! Fast, cheap and, especially in summer, wonderfully light and refreshing.
