Ingredients
- 100 g ribbon noodles
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 0.5 ½ cucumber (s), halved lengthways, pitted, cut the halves into thin slices
- 1 lemon (s), untreated, juice and zest it
- 3 tablespoon butter
- 2 teaspoons dill
- 100 g double cream
- salt and pepper
- 75 g smoked salmon, cut into strips

- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, drain, fold in 2 teaspoons of butter and cover and keep warm.
- Heat 3 tablespoons butter, heat the lemon zest, lemon juice and dill in it, add the cucumber slices and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in the double cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Fold the smoked salmon with the cucumber into the pasta and serve immediately.
