- 4 egg (s), separated
- 100 g suar
- 250 g butter
- 300 grams flour
- 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
- 5 tablespoon milk
- 100 g chocolate or chocolate flakes
- 1 glass cherry (s)
- 100 g butter
- 100 g suar
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 5 tablespoon milk
- 3 tablespoon rum
- 200 g desiccated coconut

- Beat the egg whites into snow. Make a batter from the egg yolks, sugar, butter, flour and baking powder. Fold in the egg whites and finally the chocolate shavings.
