Ingredients
- 250 g almond (s), peeled
- 250 g powdered suar
- 8 egg (s)
- 1 vanilla pod (s)
- 1 lemon (s), the zest
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- Oil, for greasing the mold
- Powdered sugar, for dusting

- Separate the eggs. Then stir the powdered sugar with the egg yolk until smooth. Add the grated lemon zest, cinnamon and vanilla. Finely paint the almonds and stir in. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Put the dough in the greased pan and bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° for approx. 50 minutes
- Let cool and dust with icing sugar.
- In summer you can also serve a scoop of almond ice cream with it.
