Ingredients
- 400 g sweet cherries, weihed without a stone
- 355 ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 200 g suar, or amount as required
- 1 ½ teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 710 ml still mineral water
- Ice cubes

- In the mixer / blender, liquefy the cherries, lemon juice, sugar and vinegar very smoothly. Spread the juice through a fine sieve with a rubber spatula. If you want a very smooth consistency, strain the juice a second time. Mix the cherry juice and water in a container. Put in the fridge until it`s really cold, but enjoy the same day. Serve over ice cubes.
