Ingredients

For the dip:

125 g crème fraîche, with herbs
1 teaspoon mustard
a bit salt

Instructions

First the asparagus is peeled and cut into 2 cm pieces.
Now preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Sift the flour and stir together with the crème fraîche, oil, salt and eggs using a mixer to form a smooth dough. Now the asparagus and ham are folded in. Pour 2 tablespoons of the batter into each of the greased muffin cups and bake for about 25 minutes in the lower third of the oven.
For the dip, mix the créme fraiche with the mustard and season with salt. Serve with the muffins.
