Ingredients
- 750 g strawberries (frozen)
- 120 g suar
- 150 grams sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 100 g flour
- 100 g cornstarch
- 2 pinches salt
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 4 egg whites
- some powdered sugar
- 250 g sour cream
- Fat for the shape

- Wash the strawberries, sprinkle with 120 g of sugar and let them steep. Mix 150 g sugar and egg yolks until frothy. Mix in the flour, cornstarch and sour cream. The dough must be thick and flowing. Season with salt and vanilla sugar.
- Beat the egg white until stiff and fold in. Mix in the strawberries loosely.
- Put everything in a greased baking dish. Bake in the oven at 200 ° C for about 40 minutes. Then dust with powdered sugar and serve.
