- 1 tablespoon baking cocoa
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 50 ml milk
- 1 small banana (s)
- 1 small pear (s)
- some lemon juice

- Peel and roughly chop the banana. Mix the quark, baking cocoa, sugar, milk, lemon juice and banana with the hand blender.
- Wash, quarter, core, dice the pear, mix with lemon juice and pour into glasses. Then the cream comes on top. Can be served immediately.
