Ingredients

  • 250 g cauliflower
  • 250 g broccoli
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 1 clove (s) garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 medium potato (s)
  • 200 g processed cheese, to taste (e.. Emmentaler)
  • 1 liter vegetable stock, seasoned
  • 1 pinch (s) nutmeg, (optional)
  • salt
  • Pepper White

Instructions

  1. Clean the vegetables, chop them up and add them to the CP with the garlic and stock. Now let it stew on high for about 5 hours.
  2. Puree the contents with a hand blender. Add the processed cheese and stir well. Season to taste as required and keep the soup warm on low until eaten. Serve with croutons and / or grated cheese.
  3. Alternatively, frozen vegetables can of course also be used.
