Bruschetta with Squid and Caviar

A crispy bun, sweetish squid flavor, and salty caviar make this bruschetta spicy. The recipe at home can be prepared as a breakfast or an appetizer on the festive table. Such a dish will emphasize the skill of the hostess, being prepared in a few minutes when guests are “on the way”.

Ingredients

  • slices of bread – 10-12 pcs.;
  • peeled boiled shrimps – 0.5 kg.;
  • ricotta – 200 gr.;
  • mayonnaise – 50 gr.;
  • Dijon mustard – 1 tablespoon l .;
  • caviar – 150 gr.;
  • butter – 2 tablespoons;
  • fresh dill – 0.5 bunch;
  • spices to taste.

Directions

  1. Fry slices of bread in a dry frying pan until golden brown.
  2. Cut the shrimp into pieces, leaving 1 whole for each bruschetta for decoration.
  3. Separate several stalks of dill for decoration, chop the rest of the greens.
  4. Smear the sides of the bruschettas with butter and dip them in the crushed crop to get a beautiful green edging.
  5. Pickled shrimp is mayonnaise mixed with mustard.
  6. We bring the ricotta to taste with salt and pepper, beat with a mixer to get an airy mass.
  7. Grease each slice of toasted bruschetta with a thin layer of ricotta.
  8. Top We spread the chopped shrimp with a spoon. On the side, spread a slide of caviar with a teaspoon. On the opposite side – a whole shrimp.
  9. We decorate the bruschetta with sprigs of dill without stalks and serve with white wine or champagne.
  10. You can also decorate with thin lemon wedges if you wish.
