  • 2 quince (s)
  • 1 lemon (s), some juice from it
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Rub the quince, cut in half and remove the core. Cut into narrow wedges and cook them side by side in a large pan in a little lemon water for about 5 minutes. When the lemon water has evaporated, sprinkle the sugar over the quince and let the butter melt in the pan. Caramelize the quinces by turning them in the butter and sugar mixture.
  2. Candied walnuts and curd mousse go well with it
