Ingredients

  • 1 port. Pizza dough for a tray
  • cream cheese, optionally with herbs (approx. 300g)
  • 2 carrot (s)
  • 0.5 ½ paprika, red or yellow
  • possibly vegetables your choice or sauces, etc.

Instructions

  1. First, roll out the pizza dough on the baking sheet and fold over a small edge. This should be about 1cm high.
  2. Then spread the cream cheese evenly on the bottom of the pizza. This is supposed to replace the tomato sauce. Then grate the carrots and distribute them evenly on the pizza. Also distribute the peppers that have been cut into small strips beforehand. If you like, you can add other vegetables here.
  3. Now put the pizza on the middle rack in the oven for approx. 25 - 30 minutes at 175 ° C.
