Cauliflower Filling

Delicious and unusual cauliflower filling.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower – 300 g
  • Onions – 1 pc.
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Butter – 50 g
  • or vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
  • Parsley greens – 2 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Peel the onion and chop finely.
  2. Disassemble the cabbage into inflorescences and chop finely.
  3. Preheat a frying pan. Add 10 g butter or 0.5 tablespoon. tablespoons of vegetable oil. Fry the onion over medium heat, stirring occasionally (7-10 minutes).
  4. Heat the remaining oil. Top with finely chopped cauliflower.
  5. Fry the cauliflower, stirring occasionally, until slightly golden brown (5-7 minutes).
  6. Season with salt, cover, reduce heat and fry over low heat for another 20-25 minutes  Stir the cabbage every 5 minutes.
  7. Finely chop the greens.
  8. Mix onions, cabbage, herbs. Add ground black pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.
