  • 200 g tartare
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 3 leeks
  • 750 ml water
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable stock
  • 1 tablespoon processed cheese
  • 100 g cream cheese, up to 5% fat
  • salt and pepper
  • Chili powder
  • 2 tablespoon chives, fresh

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion & fry with the tartare, grate the leek and add. Add water & 1 teaspoon vegetable stock.
  2. Add lightly processed cheese and cream cheese and season with salt, pepper & chilli, arrange on plates & sprinkle with chives - done.
