Ingredients

  • 250 g chicken breast
  • 1 packet creamed spinach
  • 250 ml tomato (s), passed
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • Salt and pepper, black
  • Curry powder
  • cumin
  • Chilli powder
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 50 ml milk
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the garlic and onion, cut the chicken breast into cubes. Defrost the spinach.
  2. Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the garlic and onions lightly in it, lightly salt. Add the meat and fry for about 10 minutes. Add the creamed spinach, tomatoes, cream and milk and let everything simmer gently for 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently. Season carefully with salt, pepper, curry, cumin and chilli.
