Chicken Wings with Paprika in Sour Cream Sauce.

I suggest making Hungarian-style chicken wings. Delicious, tender meat goes well with any side dish.

Servings: 6
Ingredients
- Chicken wings – 800 g
- Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
- Sweet red pepper – 1 pc.
- Bulb onions – 1 pc.
- Ground sweet paprika – 1 teaspoon
- Sour cream – 200 ml
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Rinse the wings thoroughly, clean if necessary from feathers. Cut in half. Grate the tomato and pepper on a coarse grater, so the peel does not get into the dish.
- Grate the onion as well. Fry it in oil until transparent. Add the wings and brown a little, stirring occasionally. Toss in the tomatoes and peppers, salt and paprika, stir in and add about 150 ml of water. Simmer the meat over low heat for about 30 minutes. You can add salt to taste.
- After the above time, pour in the sour cream, bring to a boil and turn off the heat. Serve the wings with boiled rice or mashed potatoes.
