Children’s Salad “Woof-Woof” with Grapes

A funny dog guards a whole mountain of fruit salad with fresh grapes and other tempting fruits. What does this assortment of fresh and caramelized pieces taste like, hidden under a sweet-sour cream sauce? Children’s curiosity will be satisfied and persuasion will not be needed here.

Ingredients
- Sweet grapes – 150 g
- Banana – 1 pc. (120 g)
- Pear – 1 pc. (80 g)
- Apple – 1 pc. (80 g)
- Nectarine – 1 pc. (80 g)
- Sour cream – 80 g
- Sugar – 80 g
- Butter – 50 g
- Cinnamon – 10 g
Directions
- Remove the skin from the apple and pear with a thin layer. Cut the fruit into large cubes.
- Fry chopped fruits in warmed butter with the addition of half the specified sugar rate. Season everything with cinnamon. As soon as the caramelization process begins, remove the pan from the heat.
- Making a dog from a banana is easy to do by looking at the picture (the eyes may be caramel shards). Chop the rest of the banana for salad. Place whole grapes around the plate.
- Coarsely chop the nectarine.
- Cut the remaining grapes in half.
- Mix together fresh and caramelized fruits, grapes.
- Place the fruit platter in the middle of the decorated plate.
- Mix sour cream with the remaining sugar.
- Gently pour over the salad with the grapes with the sweet-sour cream dressing.
