Ingredients
- 150 g noodles (mussel noodles)
- 100 g corn kernels
- 150 g cucumber (s)
- 3 pickled cucumber (s)
- 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
- 150 g meat sausae
- 100 g cheese (Gouda, youn)
- 1 bunch parsley
- 2 tablespoon vinegar (herb vinegar)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 4 tablespoon oil (sunflower oil)
- 100 g yourt
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- pepper
- Water (salt water)

- Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime, put the corn in a colander and drain.
- Wash the cucumber and cut into 1 cm cubes with the pickles. Clean and wash the peppers, cut in half, core and cut into small pieces. Cut the sausage and cheese into fine strips. Clean and finely chop the parsley.
- For the dressing, mix vinegar, lemon juice, oil, yoghurt, creme fraiche and ketchup and season with salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients with the dressing, let stand for about 15 minutes and serve.
