Ingredients

  • 150 g butter
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 5 egg (s)
  • 100 g chocolate, finely rated
  • 150 g hazelnuts, rated
  • 80 grams flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 packet pudding powder, chocolate
  • 150 ml egg liqueur
  • Cake icing, (chocolate icing)

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Gradually stir in the eggs well one by one. Then stir in the chocolate. Mix the nuts, flour, baking powder and pudding powder and stir in together with the egg liqueur.
  2. Pour the dough into a greased bundt cake pan and bake at 180 degrees for about 35-40 minutes.
  3. When cooled, cover with chocolate icing.
