Chocolate “Lava”

Cake “chocolate lava” or “chocolate fondant” is a very popular dessert all over the world, and its name, from French, is translated as melting heart. Awesome treat! Try it!

Ingredients

  • Chocolate – 100 Grams
  • Eggs – 2 Pieces
  • Butter – 75 Grams
  • Granulated sugar – 60 Grams
  • Vanilla or vanilla extract – 1 Teaspoon (optional)
  • Wheat flour – 50 grams
  • Powdered sugar – 10 grams (for sprinkling)
  • Cocoa powder – 10 Grams

Directions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients you need.
  2. Chop the chocolate, dice the butter, and put everything in a water bath.
  3. Melt the chocolate along with the butter and let it cool slightly.
  4. Whisk eggs into a beater, add sugar and vanilla or vanilla extract.
  5. Whisk the sugar and eggs until fluffy.
  6. Pour the melted chocolate and butter into the egg mixture.
  7. Whisk until smooth.
  8. Add flour in portions and continue to beat.
  9. Prepare baking tins, they can be very different: silicone, ceramic. Grease the molds with butter.
  10. Sprinkle the edges of the molds with cocoa, shake off the excess.
  11. Fill the molds with dough, but not all the way to the edge.
  12. Bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 11-13 minutes. To get the cake out of the mold well, carefully go over the edge with a spatula or knife.
  13. Place the brownie on a plate.
  14. The top of the cake can be garnished with powdered sugar and served with a scoop of ice cream. When you lightly press on the cake, a delicious chocolate mass will flow out of it, which means that the dessert is cooked correctly.
