  • 200 g butter
  • 1 ½ tablespoon must
  • powdered sugar
  • vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Crumble the flour and butter and knead with the must to form a dough, then cover and leave to rest in a cool place. Then roll out the back of a knife and cut out large, round biscuits. Place a spoonful of jam in the middle and fold the slice into a pocket. Bake in the oven over medium heat until golden and toss in powdered sugar and vanilla sugar while still hot.
