Ingredients

  • 3 point fish fillet (s) (herring fillets, á 200 gr.)
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 2 cups cream, 00 g each
  • 4 onion (s)
  • 150 g walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 3 juniper berries
  • 1 apple
  • possibly mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Soak herring fillets for at least 1 hour.
  2. Cut the onion into rings, peel the apple and cut into small cubes. Mix the sour cream and cream until smooth and mix with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Put the fish in a suitable container after soaking it with the cream / sour cream mixture for at least 24 hours and chill.
  4. Jacket potatoes also taste good.
