Creamy Chocolate Panna Cotta

Prepare delicious chocolate and creamy panna cotta for a romantic evening. Indulge your loved ones with delicious creamy jelly. The kids also like panna cotta very much.

Ingredients

  • Cream 20% – 500 ml
  • Black chocolate – 170 g
  • Sugar – 70 g
  • Vanilla sugar – 1/3 teaspoon
  • Gelatin – 30 g
  • Coldwater – 100 ml
  • Wafer rolls to taste

Directions

  1. Pour gelatin with cold water, leave to swell for 10 minutes.
  2. Pour cream into a saucepan, add sugar, vanilla sugar. Heat until hot, do not boil.
    Add chocolate and dissolve completely.
  3. Also, dissolve the gelatin. Pour the mixture into a bowl and place in the freezer for 10 minutes. Then beat with a mixer. You can immediately pour the mixture into glasses. We put the dessert in the refrigerator until it hardens completely, for about 20-30 minutes.
  4. Chop the tubes with a knife.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped wafer rolls on top. And we serve panna cotta to the table.
