Ingredients
- 2 onion (s), diced
- 1 cucumber (s), peeled and pitted; diced
- 5 ml oil, for frying
- 0.5 liter ½ broth
- 250 ml cream
- 2 apples, peeled and pitted and diced
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Sweat the onion, cucumber and apple in the oil, deglaze with the stock and reduce to 1/3, fill up with the cream and bring to the boil again, then puree with a hand blender.
