Instructions

Arrange the cucumber slices on a platter. Cut 3/4 of the peppers into fine cubes, cut the rest into fine strips. Mix the cottage cheese well with the diced paprika and the spring onion. Season to taste with salt and pepper. With the help of 2 teaspoons, place small heaps of the cheese mixture on the cucumber slices.
Garnish the cucumber chunks with the pepper strips and cress.
