Curd with Potatoes

Curd with potatoes is prepared without flour and semolina. In this case, potatoes do not feel like potatoes, they give the curd the necessary density and does not affect the taste at all. It turns out a very tasty and sweet curd casserole.

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese – 360 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Butter – 50 g
  • Sugar – 100 g
  • Potatoes (large) – 1 pc.
  • Salt – 1/4 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Boil the potatoes in their skins, cool, and peel.
  2. Beat eggs with sugar, salt and melted butter. Leave about 1 teaspoon of oil to grease the mold.
  3. Add cottage cheese. Grind everything into a homogeneous mass without lumps. Add grated potatoes. Mix everything well.
  4. Cover the baking dish with parchment, grease a little with oil. Layout the curd mass and smooth out.
  5. Put the mold in an oven heated to 180 degrees and bake the curd for 45-50 minutes. Then turn off the oven, open the door slightly, and leave the curd in it for another 10-15 minutes. Cool the finished curd completely in the form.
  6. The curd with potatoes is ready.
