- 250 g noodles (cut noodles / soup noodles)
- 4 slices ham, cooked
- 1 leek
- 4 tablespoon Maggi
- 4 tablespoon vinegar (herb vinegar)
- 4 tablespoon oil, neutral
- salt
- pepper
- possibly sugar

- Boil cut noodles, drain and rinse in cold water. Clean the leek and cut it like the ham. Mix with the pasta. Make a marinade from Maggi, herb vinegar and oil. Season with salt and pepper. Depending on your taste, possibly sweeten with a little sugar.
