Ingredients
- 600 g chicken breast fillet (s), diced
- 250 ml curry sauce (Daphne`s fruity curry sauce without clutter)
- 250 ml chilli sauce
- 200 ml whipped cream
- 1 m pineapple, peeled, cut into pieces

- Mix all ingredients together in a suitable casserole dish / Römertopf and cook in the oven for approx. 40 minutes at 200 degrees circulating air.
- Rice and / or croquettes and a fresh salad taste best with it.
- The recipe for the curry sauce is in my profile.
- Tip:
- If you like it a little more fiery, you can spice up the dish with grated chilli or a few drops of pizza oil.
- With double the amount, I like to replace the cream with a can of creamy coconut milk.
- The very lazy can of course use ready-made sauces from the bottle and pineapple from the can.
