Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 3 egg (s)
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 175 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 60 ml oil
  • 90 ml Fanta

For covering:

  • 2 cans tangerine (s)
  • 400 g whipped cream
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 2 packs cream stabilizer
  • 250 g sour cream
  • some cinnamon and sugar and possibly sprinkles to decorate

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar with the electric mixer until frothy. Add the flour and baking powder and mix in the oil and Fanta.
  2. A small baking sheet, which is about half the size of a normal baking sheet and preferably with a high rim (casserole dishes are also suitable), grease, fill in the dough and smooth it out.
  3. Bake in the oven at 175 degrees top / bottom heat for about 25 minutes. When the cake is lightly brown, take it out of the oven and wait for it to cool. Carefully remove from the mold and cut horizontally with a large knife.
  4. Place one half on a serving platter and spread the mandarins on top to the edge. Whip the whipped cream with the vanilla sugar and cream stiffener until stiff and then slowly stir in the sour cream. Put half of the cream on the tangerine base. Carefully place the other sheet of dough on top and apply the rest of the cream. Sprinkle the cake with cinnamon and sugar and decorate as desired.
  5. Cut into small square pieces and put in the refrigerator until ready to serve (don`t forget to cover with foil or a lid, as cream easily absorbs the smell in the refrigerator, e.g. when peppers are stored there).
