Ingredients

  • 500 g soybeans (youn edamame)
  • 2 tablespoon ginger, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 3 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 3 bowls chilli pepper (s), small, dried

Instructions

  1. Boil frozen edamame in salted water for 5 minutes.
  2. Fry the garlic, dried chillies and ginger in a pan with sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the soy sauce to the pan. Drain the edamame and add to the sauce. Mix the edamame and sauce together and let it steep for 1 minute.
