Ingredients

  • 6 egg yolks, very fresh
  • 200 g powdered suar, finely sifted
  • 1 pinch (s) sea salt
  • 200 ml condensed milk, 10% fat
  • 125 ml rum, 54% alcohol or Prima Sprit
  • 1 teaspoon gingerbread spice, speculoos spice or cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg yolks, icing sugar and salt with the hand mixer for about 10 minutes until thick and creamy. Add the condensed milk, alcohol and some of the selected spice and stir.
  2. Season to taste and, if necessary, season.
  3. Fill into bottles washed with boiling water and store in the refrigerator.
  4. Common sense says: it will not keep forever, but enjoyment should be ensured due to the high alcohol content.
