English Salad with Bacon and Pears

Instructions

Arrange the salads, herbs and avocado slices on four large plates. Leave out the bacon in a large pan, fry it until crispy (don`t let it get too hot, don`t smoke!) And remove it from the pan. Pour the olive oil into the pan with the bacon fat, add the pears, mustard and lemon juice, heat briefly, add the bacon again, bring everything to the boil again, season with pepper and (a little!) Salt, pour over the salad and serve immediately.
