Ingredients

  • 1 glass anchovy fillet (s)
  • 4 medium pickled cucumber (s)
  • 2 medium onion (s)
  • 0.5 ½ teaspoon, crushed paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 2 drops Tabasco
  • 6 drops Worcester sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • Mayonnaise
  • Ketchup

Instructions

  1. Finely puree the anchovies, pickles and onions and place in a bowl. Add the spices and mix with enough mayonnaise and ketchup to get a dusky pink color.
  2. Tastes perfect with grandma`s fondue salad and if you don`t want it to be meat fondue, a hearty roasted piece of meat also goes perfectly. Freshly baked ciabatta rounds off the menu.
