- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 cup sour cream or creme fraîche
- 1 onion (s), finely chopped
- 1 egg (s)
- 5 tablespoon breadcrumbs or breadcrumbs

- Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl, then season to taste. Then form small balls out of the mass (I always use a tablespoon for this). It should be about 20-25 small balls. Place these on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180 ° C (fan oven) for about 30 minutes.
