Ingredients
- 2 trout fillet (s), smoked, (1 package)
- 100 g cream cheese
- 100 g butter
- Pepper, coarsely ground
- salt
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), untreated, which zest and juice
- possibly herbs

- Use a fork or a blender to grind the butter with the cream cheese and the trout fillets at room temperature until the pieces of fish are no longer recognizable as such. Add salt, pepper, lemon zest and juice and mix together.
- Put everything in a small potty and put in a cool place.
- If you like, you can also add dill or tarragon or simply chives rolls beforehand.
- Another variant can be prepared with tuna.
- This simple dip tastes particularly delicious spread with salad on toast or it also makes a brisk, delicious dinner.
