Ingredients
- 300 g raspberries (frozen)
- 70 g merinue
- 300 g quark
- 300 g natural yourt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
- some cane sugar

- Put the frozen raspberries in a bowl. Crumble the meringues on top. Mix the yogurt with the quark and vanilla sugar. Pour over the meringues. Then sprinkle some brown sugar over it.
- Prepare well in advance as the raspberries still have to thaw. A very tasty dessert that you can never get enough of!
