Ingredients
- 800 g broccoli
- 400 g sausae, coarse
- 150 g feta cheese
- 200 g cherry tomato (s)
- 1 bunch chives
- 1 teaspoon fennel seeds or anise seeds
- 2 medium onion (s), red
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- Black pepper from the mill
- salt

- Clean the broccoli and cut into small florets. Peel the stalk and cut into small pieces. Cook both in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes, then drain.
- Crumble the feta, cut the chives into small pieces. Wash cherry tomatoes, then cut in half.
- Crush the fennel seeds in a mortar. Peel and chop the onions.
- Halve the sausage lengthways, remove the meat from the intestines, roughly chop and fry in a pan in olive oil while stirring. Add onions and fennel and fry. Then add broccoli and cherry tomatoes and fry too.
- Finally fold in the feta, add the chives and season with salt and pepper.
