- 1 onion (s)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 apples
- salt and pepper
- thyme
- marjoram
- rosemary
- 2 tablespoons oil

- Wash the potatoes and cook them in the skin for about 15-20 minutes, depending on their size. After cooling, peel and cut into slices.
- Peel the onion and garlic cloves and cut into small cubes. Quarter the apples, remove the core and cut the apples into small cubes.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions, garlic and apples. Add the potatoes and continue frying until crispy. Finally, season the fried potatoes with salt, pepper, thyme, marjoram and rosemary, depending on your taste.
