Fried Potatoes (Golden Brown)

The recipe for cooking super delicious fried potatoes with a golden-brown crust. I suggest roasting the potatoes whole, in their uniform.

Cook: 40 minutes
Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Potatoes – 8 pcs.
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable oil – for frying

Directions

  1. Wash the potatoes well.
  2. Make cuts with a fork. Salt potatoes, rub in salt thoroughly.
  3. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the potatoes over low-medium heat on one side until lightly golden.
  4. Then turn over, cover, and fry over low heat for about 10 minutes.
  5. Turn the potatoes over, cover, and fry over low heat for about 5 minutes.
  6. Whole fried potatoes are ready.
